These terms of solution (tos) and terms and conditions govern your utilization of our service. By accessing or making use of our service, you accept the terms and conditions set forth beneath. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not sign-up for our service.

We do our best to make any corrections and handle any potential issues with fairness to our customer.
Elite Designer Websites makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one or which may link to this site. When you access a non-Elite Designer Websites website, please understand that it is independent from Elite Designer Websites, and that Elite Designer Websites has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a link to the Elite Designer Website does not mean that Elite Designer Websites endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.
We are not responsible for grammar, spelling or punctuation of your content.
2. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions
The entire contents of the site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Elite Designer Websites.
YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elite Designer Websites and any third party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service.
4. WordPress Plugins
Every WordPress plugin and WordPress theme has been tested to make sure that it works seamlessly with an average WordPress installation. We can only guarantee Elite Designer Website’s product to work with a fresh default install of WordPress. We will work with all users who experience any problems to find the part of the site that is stopping Elite Designer Website’s product from working.
During the installation of your website, you may request usage of certain WordPress Plugins. Some plugins are not compatible with other plugins and may interfere with your websites ability to function. In the event you request a plugin that is not compatible we will notify you. We are not responsible for non-compatible plugins.
We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of earnings to your blog/site in any instance when using Elite Designer Website’s products. Our hosting plans of less than 20 GB are backed up once a week.
6. Site Access
If you experience a problem that cannot be fixed by following our instructions, it may be required that we access your site to test, isolate and rectify / advise you of our findings. Failure to supply or allow access will result in us being unable to assist you. If you are not on a maintenance plan, then there may be a service charge for support. Support is $45.00 an hour with a one-hour minimum.
We do not offer refunds once work has been started. The success of our program and outstanding customer service to our clients is dependent upon scheduling our time. We make every effort to accommodate our clients. Should we get started on your project and payment has been accepted, no refunds are given if you decide to wait, discontinue service or decide you do not want our service. We have provided enough documentation and working demonstration of the products that there should be no confusion on our services. If you feel that a demonstration does not answer your question or provide you with the information that you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
All sales are final; we do not offer exchanges on our products. You are responsible for understanding our refund policy before making a purchase.
All details obtained during registration, ordering or other activity on our site is held with the strictest confidence. We will never sell, or give your information to any external companies or sites.
9. Customer Support
We will do our best to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, when requests are received during the week. If you have an emergency with your site, please call us at either 209 623 5809 or 678-522-8392.
Communications are with our clients only. If you wish to appoint a third party assistant to discuss your site with us, please indicate this in writing.
10. Website Service Delivery
All deadlines and communications are outlined in your website service agreement.
